The American Pet Products Association (APPA) Announces New Hire
 

-The country’s largest pet products association welcomes Karyn Bennitt to the team-

(Greenwich, CT) The American Pet Products Association announced that Karyn Bennitt has been hired as Coordinator of Member Relations and Business Development.

In her new role, Bennitt will be responsible for membership retention and recruitment initiatives, development of the APPA National Pet Owners Survey, ad placements and implementation of marketing strategies, member communications, website management and the administration of the Jules Schwimmer Scholarship Program. Bennitt will also assist the Member Relations department with new program development.

Prior to joining APPA, Bennitt served as Account Executive for The Advocate & Greenwich Time Newspapers in Stamford, CT, where she expanded their active client base by 30%. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
